Nicole Reilly Promoted to Vice President

DiPrete Engineering would like to congratulate Nicole Reilly, PE, LEED AP on her promotion to Vice President, making her the firm’s first female Vice President.  Nicole joined DiPrete Engineering in 2006 after gaining valuable experience in the public sector from the Town of Narragansett.  She received her Bachelor’s degree from Boston University and her Master’s from the University of Rhode Island.

“Nicole has played a large role in DiPrete’s success and growth over the years,” said Dennis DiPrete, President of DiPrete Engineering.  “She manages many of our larger commercial and institutional projects. When it comes to providing quality customer service, Nicole is exceptional. Our firm trusts her with our most sophisticated and demanding clients and the clients trust her with their important projects.”

Over the past decade, she has successfully managed some of the firm’s biggest design and permitting projects in Rhode Island.  With 17 years’ of engineering experience, Nicole excels at keeping all of a project’s moving parts on track when working with large multidiscipline teams.

As a Vice President at DiPrete, Nicole will be responsible for overseeing project managers and engineers on all types of projects, Lean operational activities for continuous improvement and operational scheduling, as well as working with clients directly throughout project vision and development phases.

“She has become a true leader in project and client management,” added DiPrete.

Nicole is currently working on the Citizens Bank Corporate Campus in Johnston RI, a complex project involving a significant amount of design and regulatory permitting in a short period of time on a fast track basis.

Other projects of Nicole’s include the new campus for the New England Institute of Technology in East Greenwich RI, Seekonk Animal Shelter in Seekonk MA, the Reynolds Farm 530-unit housing development in North Kingstown RI, The Middleberry condominium development in East Greenwich RI and Cowesett Apartments in Warwick RI.

In her free time, Nicole enjoys being involved in dog rescue work with Save-A-Lab Rescue, an organization that is dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and re-homing of displaced Labrador Retrievers and Labrador Retriever mixes.
