Located on Romano Vineyard Way in the Quonset Business Park, the Gateway Offices provide office space for startups and other small businesses. DiPrete Engineering teamed with the Quonset Development Corporation to survey, engineer and permit the site. This project was constructed in two phases; the first phase included 15,000 square feet and the second 12,425 square feet. Both phases included associated parking, stormwater management, utilities, and ADA accessibility. The parcel was one of the original 46 permitted by DiPrete as part of Quonset’s Site Readiness Program.
