Tiverton Industrial Park Project is Awarded to DiPrete Engineering

The Town of Tiverton, utilizing funding provided through an SBA grant administered by the Newport County Chamber of Commerce, has awarded design services to DiPrete Engineering to further develop the Tiverton Industrial Park.

The Tiverton Industrial Park is Town-owned property consisting of approximately 177 acres of land abutting Route 24. The Park is envisioned as a "Green Park" which will combine a number of wind energy conversion facilities, utilize Low Impact Development techniques, high quality site and facilities design, as well as LEED and other sustainable construction/design practices.

The final development plan will serve the needs of light industrial, original equipment and manufacturers, marine, defense, and building trade industries. The site plan will create a mix of parcel sizes to accomodate a broad range of development interests.

We are looking forward to collaborating with the Town of Tiverton to further the Town's vision for the Tiverton Industrial Park.
