Brewed Awakenings

DiPrete Engineering worked with the project team to survey, engineer, and permit the new Brewed Awakenings location in Cranston. Brewed Awakenings is a locally owned coffee shop with 4 locations in Johnston, South Kingstown, and now Cranston. 

The re-development project transformed a former gas station into a vibrant location with new landscaping, signage, and customers. The new store opened for business on April 10, 2012. DiPrete Engineering's scope of work included:

• Boundary Line and Existing Conditions Survey

• Site Engineering and Planning

• City of Cranston Site Plan Review Approvals

• City of Cranston Zoning Board of Review Approvals

• RIDOT Physical Alteration Permit Approvals
