Dowling Village

Located at the intersection of Eddie Dowling Highway and Old Louisquisset Pike, DiPrete Engineering is working with Bucci Development to design and permit a mixed use development with approximately 600,000 SF of retail space, 75,000 SF of office space, several restaurants and 76 condominium units.

DiPrete Engineering is the lead firm assisting the developer to obtain all necessary state and local approvals that include Zoning Board approvals, various land use variances, and permits from the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management and the Rhode Island Department of Transportation. The project will meet or exceed all requirements of the new RIDEM Stormwater Regulations, anticipated to be adopted in 2010.

The project is in the final stages and has recently recieved Final Approval from the Town of North Smithfield.  Phase I of Dowling Village is built and includes a CVS Pharmacy.
