Jefferson Office Park

Located at 300 Jefferson Boulevard, this site was formerly four residential homesites and a large storage area for tractor trailers. There were large areas of asphalt and gravel.

The new development consists of a 3 story building with 75,000 sf of floor area.  There are also 350 parking spaces associated with the development. Three underground runoff storage units were installed as part of the stormwater control design.

The developer placed an emphasis on landscaping, with areas placed along Jefferson Boulevard, along the building and dispersed throughout the parking field.
