Gardens Office Park

Gardens Office Park is a commercial office and hotel complex located off Division Street in West Warwick, RI. The development consists of two 45,000 sf buildings and a 100 room hotel. The entrance design for the office portion of the site was designed to be located off an existing roadway entrance to reduce curb cuts onto Division Street and eliminate the need for a wetlands crossing. The site is visible from Route 95 making it a very desirous location.
