DiPrete Engineering and Vision 3 Architects are teaming up to revitalize the abandoned Federated Lithographers Brownfield Site on Prairie Avenue. The first phase converted a historic building into a medical office. Phase two is underway and introduces office and retail space.
 
The scope of work includes site engineering, planning, regulatory permitting, construction documentatio and LEED Certification Submittals.
 
The infrastructure improvements for the 3.5 acre site include a 195 space parking yard that offers preferred spaces for Low Emitting and Fuel Efficient Vehicles. Stormwater will be controlled by three underground infiltration basins that will reduce stormwater run-off and contribute to the achievement of LEED Certification effort.
