Providence Community Health Center
DiPrete Engineering and Vision 3 Architects are teaming up to revitalize the abandoned Federated Lithographers Brownfield Site on Prairie Avenue. The vision for the site is to turn the abandoned mill into a vibrant LEED Certified complex. The first phase will convert a historic building into medical use to be occupied by Providence Community Health Center. Future phases will introduce office and retail space.
The scope of work includes civil engineering, land planning, and regulatory permitting services as well as Construction Documents and LEED Certification Submittals.
The infrastructure improvements for the 3.5 acre site include a 195 space parking yard that offers preferred spaces for Low Emitting and Fuel Efficient Vehicles. Stormwater will be controlled by three underground infiltration basins that will reduce stormwater run-off and contribute to the achievement of LEED Certification effort.
