Rosedale Landing

Rosedale Landing, located in the Edgewood section of Cranston, was built in 1939. This unique 3-story U-shaped structure is in the Streamline Moderne architectural style. This style was a late branch of the Art Deco design style, emphasizing curving forms, long horizontal lines, and in some examples nautical elements.
The development improvement plan included a new parking/drop off area, sheet pile bulkhead, boardwalk, dock facility, and drainage improvements. DiPrete Engineering obtained approvals from the following:
• CRMC Assent
• CRMC Dock Assent
• City of Cranston Site Plan Review
DiPrete Engineering also provided property survey, construction survey, and site inspection services.
