Greenville Terrace

Greenville Terrace is a residential cluster development located off Smith Avenue in Smithfield, Rhode Island. This 31 lot development was designed to preserve a 33+ acre parcel of open space (approximately 46% of the site) that is suitable for passive and active recreation. The roadway design created a serpentine path to provide traffic calming and to alleviate excessive vehicular speeds within the development. The project was developed by Ralph Campanelli.
