Middletown Police

DiPrete Engineering teamed with The Lawrence Associates, architects and planners, on a new police facility on Valley Road in Middletown, RI. The new location is within a short distance from the Town Hall.

The required submittals provided by DiPrete Engineering included RI Department of Transportation, RI Department of Environmental Management, Newport Water, Middletown Sewer, town submittals, and site construction documents.

The development includes a two story building footprint of 11,200 sf and 70 parking spaces on a 1.5 acre site.
