Quonset Business Park

DiPrete Engineering teamed with the Quonset Development Corporation (QDC) to plan, engineer, permit, and compile Site Readiness Packages for 33 individual parcels within the park. The end product produced by DiPrete Engineering was a marketable package that the QDC will use to solicit end users for the Park. The sites range from 1 acre to over 47 acres. This is one of the largest commercially permitted blocks of land, with over 275 acres poised for development.
 
The Site Readiness Packages allow the Quonset Development Corporation to offer a streamlined development process of less than 90 days. In today’s highly competitive retail and commercial environment, it is critical to reduce the start-up time for potential tenants.
