DiPrete Engineering provided civil engineering, land planning, regulatory permitting, and construction stakeout for a three story medical office building located on Sockanosset Crossroad in Cranston, RI.

The infrastructure improvements for the 18,000 sf building included reconfiguration of the existing parking area and entrance that serviced the existing professional office park. The scope of services also included additional parking for the development and a drainage detention area.

The building is occupied by XRA Medical Imaging is part of an eight building professional office park owned and managed by Saletin Real Estate Group.
