Warwick Center, on Bald Hill Road, is located along one of Rhode Island's largest commercial and retail roadways. The development is currently occupied by Dick's Sporting Goods, Carrabba's, DSW, Walpole Woodworking, Linens N Things, Ulta Beauty, Barnes and Noble, and Jake Kaplan's Jaguar. 

The drainage runoff control system designed for the site consists of over 1,200 lf of 8' diameter pipe and over 1,100 lf of 7.5' diameter pipe in two underground storage areas.

The 22 acre development contains over 180,000 square feet of commercial space. The development was built by Universal Properties of Warwick, RI.
