Bradley School

The Bradley School is located on Route 1, just north of Wakefield and south of The Village at South County Commons. Bradley School is a 16,600 sf building and associated infrastructure that was planned, engineered, surveyed, and construction supervised by DiPrete Engineering. 

In addition to the building, the development includes a parking field for 35 vehicles, a bus turn around area, stormwater detention area, and utilities including a sewer pump station and sewer force main connected to the sewer system located in The Village at South County Commons.

The project also included updates to an existing jug handle that services the Government Center across from the site. This reconstruction was necessary to service the Bradley School site as well as improve the intersection for the Government Center and the Prout School.
