Managing Director of Administration
Karen has been actively involved in the management of the administrative functions at DiPrete Engineering since 1991. She has played a key role in the company’s growth as a strategic thinker who has the ability to complete any task that comes her way. Karen is the glue that keeps our project managers, civil engineers, land planners, survey personnel, field technicians, support staff, and creative designers operating as one team. Outside of work, Karen is involved with the Girl Scouts of Southern New England and runs programs that provide leadership and community service opportunities for the young women in the area. She is also actively involved as an Alum of Leadership Rhode Island and as an LRI Gallup Strengths Finder Coach. Having visited over fifteen countries and 42 states, she has a love for traveling and is determined to visit all 50 states.
