Located in the area formerly utilized for customer parking, the Pottery Barn building was the first tenant to occupy space in the first phase of the Wilder Companies’ vision to extend Garden City’s “Village”. The development plan included a new 14,000 sf building and the transformation of the iconic Garden City gazebo from the end-cap of the Village into the new focal point for the center.
