DiPrete Engineering is teaming up with Churchill and Banks to design and permit a new commercial, industrial, business, and retail complex off Route 24 in Freetown, MA. The project is located south of the Stop and Shop Distribution facility and north of the South Coast Life Science and Technology Park in Fall River, MA. The total site area is over 385 acres.

The current design plan calls for 2,500,000 square feet of mixed-use buildings which includes 2,000,000 square feet dedicated to warehouse and industrial space. The parcel is suitable for users that require upwards of 1,000,000 square feet of floor space. In addition to the proposed building space, the current plan includes parking for over 8,500 vehicles and new roadways to service the proposed users.

DiPrete Engineering’s scope includes survey, wetland delineation, landscaping, site engineering, and regulatory approvals. Approvals are required for planning, zoning, sewer/water, and Army Corps of Engineers. DiPrete is also providing support to VHB, who is leading the MEPA study.
