Take Your Dog to Work Day

Last week, DiPrete Engineering participated in Take Your Dog to Work Day® (TYDTWDay), a Pet Sitters International (PSI) annual event to celebrate dogs and promote pet adoptions. This year marked the 21st annual TYDTWDay event.

TYDTWDay was first celebrated in 1999 to honor the great companions dogs make and promote their adoptions. An estimated 300 businesses participated in the inaugural celebration of TYDTWDay. Since that time, America’s love for pets and interest in TYDTWDay has grown to an all-time high.

This year, DiPrete enjoyed the company of seven dogs: Luna, Dusty, Clover, Brody, Gidget, Jolene, and Abby thanks to owners Katie DiPrete, Emerson Torrey, Jennifer Sweet, Matt Sullivan, Hugh Peltz, Chris Duhamel, and Mary Kate Moses. Treats were handed out for the dogs to enjoy as well as several toys.
