DiPrete Engineering’s Dedham, MA branch is hard at work this summer. The team, which includes Joe Penney, Principal, Sheryl Guglielmo, Project Manager, Brandon Carr, Project Manager, Kevin DeMers, Senior Project Engineer, and Mark Hollis, Civil Engineer, is currently involved in various projects reaching from Greater Boston to the Cape.
Some of these projects include site design for a new 100-unit multifamily 40B in Norton, the Fairfield Commons in Somerset, and the new At Home located in the Dedham Mall. The Dedham office is also providing engineering services for a 28-lot detached single-family subdivision named Little Pond Village in Falmouth, a 60,000 square foot industrial building named Millstone Medical Outsourcing, LLC in Fall River, a new animal hospital in Seekonk, Stop and Shop in Peabody, and a Seasons Corner Market in Salem, NH.
The team’s largest current project includes site engineering for a Topgolf facility located in Canton. The project is a multi-million-dollar investment in infrastructure, stormwater quality, and a new three-level, technologically advanced golf driving range/entertainment event space complex.
