DiPrete Engineering is proud to announce Dana Nisbet’s recent promotion to Project Engineer!
Dana graduated from Manhattan College with a Bachelor’s degree in 2010 and with a Master’s degree in 2012, both in Environmental Engineering. She soon after began working at environmental consulting firms in both Providence and New York. In 2015, she joined DiPrete Engineering as a Civil Engineer.
As Project Engineer, Dana will work closely with Designers, Civil Engineers and Drafters directing their work and providing guidance to the junior staff. Additionally, she will assist with project planning and resource scheduling as well as attend regulatory meetings.
“Dana is a key design team member,” said Nicole Reilly, PE, LEED AP Senior Project Manager at DiPrete Engineering. “I always have great confidence in the work she’s doing.”
Over the years, Dana has been responsible for providing engineering support to project engineers on stormwater management, grading and utility design, and the preparation of submittals to regulatory agencies. In 2016, she gained her Professional Engineering license.
Dana has worked on a variety of DiPrete’s projects including Lacroix Drive, a commercial site in West Warwick that will soon be home to a construction company’s new 18,000 square foot headquarters facility, Glacier Ridge, a 90 acre mixed use property in Glocester, and the new Citizens Bank Corporate Campus in Johnston.
“Everyone at DiPrete enjoys working with Dana and truly values the skills she brings to the table,” added Reilly. “We are so proud of all of she’s accomplished and look forward to all of her future achievements.”
