DiPrete Engineering is pleased to announce the promotion of Eric Prive, PE to Senior Project Manager. Eric, who leads a team of civil and environmental engineers, joined DiPrete Engineering in 2000 when he was a student at the University of Rhode Island.

Recognized for his exceptional skills in dealing with difficult designs, regulatory agencies, boards, and the public, Eric will continue to take on on more large-scale projects that can benefit from his expertise.

“He excels in public forums where tricky permitting projects can otherwise lose their way without the right team in place,” said Greg Guglielmo, Vice President at DiPrete.  “This is a highly valued skill for clients with projects that may involve regulatory challenges or neighborhood opposition.”

Eric is currently working on South County Commons in South Kingstown, RI, the ongoing construction of the new Hampton Inn and retail tenants at Forbes Crossing in Foxborough MA, as well as Westerly Community Credit Union in RI, among others.

“Eric adds value to every project he works on, and to our team as a whole,” added Guglielmo.  “We are all very proud of his accomplishments over the years and know he will continue to put forth the same hard work and commitment in his new role as Senior Project Manager.”

Outside of work, Eric is involved in the community, recently serving as Chairman of the City of Attleboro Conservation Commission and is a Past President for the Rhode Island Society of Professional Engineers.  He also volunteers as a soccer coach for both of his sons, Mason and Colin.
