DiPrete Engineering has announced the promotion of three of its Dedham team members: Brandon Carr, PE, LEED AP; Pamela Aybar, EIT; and Sheryl Guglielmo, LEED AP.

Brandon Carr, a resident of North Attleboro who recently earned his MBA from Northeastern University, has been promoted to Senior Project Manager. Brandon joined DiPrete Engineering in 2007 after working with the Massachusetts Highway Department. As Senior Project Manager, he is responsible for overseeing projects’ engineering design, regulatory permitting, and construction management, as well as new business development. Brandon is currently managing the engineering design of a new Copart, an auto auction center, in Freetown.

Pamela Aybar, a resident of Norwood, has been promoted to Project Engineer. Pam earned a degree from the Technological Institute of Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic (INTEC) in 2014 and joined DiPrete Engineering in 2018 after working as a civil designer for three years. She is currently working as the lead civil engineer for a high-profile commercial-scale solar project. As a Project Engineer, Pam will handle project designs that meet regulatory requirements and client needs, as well as coordinate and schedule regulatory submittals.

Sheryl Guglielmo, a resident of Attleboro, has been promoted to Senior Project Manager. Sheryl joined DiPrete in 2006 after earning a degree from the Wentworth Institute of Technology. She recently managed the site/civil engineering for a new building at Millstone Medical Outsourcing, LLC’s headquarters in Fall River. As a Senior Project Manager, Sheryl will continue to run and develop her own client portfolio, represent and build upon the firm’s brand in the Southern New England Region, and represent and navigate clients and their projects through the real estate development process ultimately to construction completion.  She is also an advocate for the firm’s up-and-coming talent, empowering and encouraging them to become future leaders.

Congratulations to Brandon, Pam, and Sheryl from all of us here at DiPrete Engineering, and best of luck in your new roles.
