The New England Institute of Technology (NEIT) has expanded its locations with a 220-acre campus that features a remodeled 265,000 s/f building as its centerpiece. The new location is a multi-phased project that may eventually include student housing, dining services, and sports facilities.
“The East Greenwich site is intended to feel more like a traditional college campus,” said Nicole Reilly, a senior project manager at DiPrete Engineering. “As the project develops, we’ll continue to use our expertise to advise the client on the timing of permitting, construction, and utility coordination for the best possible results.”
To date, DiPrete Engineering has worked on siting, connectivity, and pedestrian access for NEIT’s new campus. The firm has also assisted with stormwater design, including infiltration, bioretention, low impact design, and enhanced water quality treatment. Read More
