As spring construction activity continues to ramp up across New England, our survey crews remain fully engaged. Below is a snapshot of current field operations, recent project highlights, and important scheduling considerations as we move through April and into May.

🧠Current Field Operations
We are currently operating 6 active survey crews, with workloads generally ranging between 48 and 55 hours per week. As construction schedules accelerate, our teams remain focused on supporting a wide range of boundary, subdivision, institutional, and construction-related survey needs throughout the region.
Recent field efforts have included several large and complex assignments, including:
- Falmouth, MA – Performing a large-scale boundary survey covering more than 100 acres.
- Pawtucket, RI – Supporting an active subdivision project for the City.
- South Kingstown, RI – Providing continued survey support for multiple projects at the University of Rhode Island.
- West Greenwich, RI – Performing a large-scale boundary survey of over 100 acres.
- North Kingstown, RI – Conducting a unique and technically interesting boundary survey at Quonset Business Park.
Survey teams continue to handle a high volume of construction layout and stakeout work across southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
🧠Planning Ahead – Spring Scheduling
Survey schedules remain tight during the spring construction season and are typically locked in one to two weeks in advance. We make every effort to accommodate construction-related needs when possible. Advance notice and realistic scheduling requests are critical to our ability to effectively support contractor and project team needs during this high-demand period.
