Master Plan

A new Residence Inn by Marriott will soon be making its home in Lincoln, RI just off of Route 116 (George Washington Highway) next to the Sunoco gas station and nearby Lincoln Mall. Owners of the property, Brandt Hospitality Group, have teamed up with Icon Architecture, DiPrete Engineering, Mancini Carter P.C., and Pare Corporation to build the hotel.

The new 80,000 square foot, four-story building will include 107 rooms and will sit on 8.8-acres.

Traffic traveling to the new hotel will be directed through the existing Sunoco/Courtyard entrance from Route 116. There will also be a secondary driveway connection to an existing intersection along Lincoln Mall roadway for vehicles leaving the property.

“Everyone is working hard to keep this project on schedule,” said Brian Giroux, Director of Engineering and Design at DiPrete Engineering. “We’re all excited to see the final product.”

Construction of the new Residence Inn by Marriott is expected to begin this fall.
