Briarcliffe Gardens completed a 10,000 sf expansion that is now home to the New Cottage Micro-Community™, housing twenty private suites with bathrooms. The new building sits in an area previously occupied by parking along the main access road to the complex. The development plan included the reconfiguration of parking and loading areas, expansion of a drainage basin, ADA-accessible grading design, and new utility services. In addition, a new sewer pump station and low-pressure sewer were designed to remove the buildings from an onsite wastewater treatment plant.
