DiPrete Engineering teamed up with the Saletin Real Estate Group to redevelop and revitalize Foxfield Plaza into the new Forbes Crossing. The original plaza was transformed into a mixed-use development located on Central Street in Foxborough, MA. The 19-acre site is situated at a prime location on the Foxborough/Mansfield town line.

The project began with the demolition of many of the existing buildings. The new development includes 46,500 square feet of redeveloped retail space, three new restaurant pad sites including a Starbucks and Moe’s, a new bank, three office pads, and a new 139-unit nationally recognized hotel. The project required permitting through the Foxborough Planning Board, Conservation Commission, Zoning Board, and MA DOT. DiPrete Engineering also provided landscape architecture services to enhance the visibility at the entrance of the new plaza, plantings throughout the plaza, and around the hotel.

This redevelopment provides great service and new activities to residents in the surrounding community. Forbes Crossing is located in a prime location near Gillette Stadium, the Xfinity Center, and across from one of the largest business parks in New England, Cabot Business Park. DiPrete Engineering provided surveying, site engineering, landscape design, and permitting for the project.
