Previously occupied by three residential buildings, DiPrete Engineering teamed with the developer to design and permit a new three-story office building. The development plan included 75,000 sf of office space, 350 parking spaces and three underground infiltration basins for stormwater management. Approvals were obtained from the City of Warwick and the RI Department of Environmental Management.
