High Road Hospitality, a New England-based hotel/resort management firm, teamed with DiPrete Engineering, Bentley Builders, BETA Group, and William Anthony Excavating to design and build a Fairfield by Marriott in Somerset, MA.
The 14-acre site at 500 Grand Army of the Republic Highway was originally purchased from the Town of Somerset and is minutes from RK Swansea Place, Fall River Industrial Park, an Amazon distribution center, Downtown Fall River, Brayton Point Commerce Center, and several other businesses.
The Fairfield by Marriott includes 111 rooms and 107 parking spaces, as well as a meeting room, indoor pool, and fitness center. A Starbucks coffee shop is also located on the property.
DiPrete Engineering obtained local permitting approvals for the development and provided the project’s planning, design, surveying, and project management.
