The U.S. Department of Homeland Security – Division of Citizenship and Immigration Services two-story, 20,000 sf building was engineered and permitted by DiPrete Engineering. As a new government building, the project was required to be Silver Certified by the U.S. Green Building Council. The site design achieved 7 out of 14 possible points contributing to the project’s certification.
