DiPrete Engineering is teaming with the developer of Harborfront, Chevron Land and Development, GZA, John C. Carter and Company, and The Architectural Team to redevelop a former light products terminal into a vibrant multiuse residential waterfront community. The 25-acre site will contain 600 condominium units, a town square with a restaurant, fitness center, clubhouse, and first-floor retail space. In addition to the condominiums, a 250-unit apartment complex is being proposed within two buildings on the northern section of the site. The project will provide public access along the waterfront, including bike paths and a marina.
