The Aspen Group has teamed up with DiPrete Engineering, HDS Architecture, Hawk Design, McMahon Associates, Sage Environmental, LEC Environmental, and Peter Freeman, Esq. to design and permit a new 28-lot single-family detached 40B subdivision in Falmouth, MA.
The project is known as Little Pond Village and is located on five acres situated between Worcester Court and Little Pond. The site is less than one mile in walking distance from Falmouth Center, Falmouth Harbor, Falmouth Heights Beach, Falmouth Plaza, Falmouth Mall and the Stop & Shop Shopping center. The new coastal community will consist of 1,600-square foot cape and ranch-style homes with three bedrooms, individual driveways, and private patios.
The project has received all local approvals from the Town of Falmouth and the state. DiPrete Engineering’s scope of work includes boundary and topographic survey, site/civil engineering, MA Housing 40B Applications, Zoning Board of Appeals Applications, and a Notice of Intent filing with the Falmouth Conservation Commission under the State wetland regulations.
