DiPrete Engineering teamed with The Lawrence Associates, architects and planners on the new 11,200 sf police station and 70 parking spaces located on Valley Road. This project included design of utilities, parking areas, ADA accessibility, and stormwater management for all new impervious areas. It also required City of Newport water approvals, local and state utility permits, and state permitting for wetlands and roadway alterations.
