New England Institute of Technology

As part of the New England Institute of Technology’s “green campus” design team, DiPrete Engineering is collaborating with the college to design, permit, and construct the future 220-acre multiphase campus. The initial phases of the project included the renovation of an existing 265,000 sf building and associated parking. With plans of growing the institute’s student base, development includes expanded dining services, new dormitories, academic buildings, athletic facilities and over 1,500 parking spaces. DiPrete Engineering provided the land planning and master plan for the design of the 250-acre campus, the permitting and construction of the first phase university classroom and core building, the roadway and infrastructure design for the main campus, and the site design for the first dorm building.
