Located off of Post Road in North Kingstown, Reynolds Farm is the result of collaboration between DiPrete Engineering, Union Studio Architects and Pinnacle Partners. The development is based on the principles of Traditional Neighborhood Design. Streets and pedestrian ways are designed to stimulate an active street community with porches close to the sidewalk and garages placed to the rear of the lot or accessed from an alleyway. Reynolds Farm began construction in 2014 and when complete will contain 20,000 sf of commercial space, 220 apartments, 80 senior apartments, 41 condominiums, and 200 single-family homes.
