Seasons Corner Market is a New England-based gas station and convenience store with 30 stores throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island. The stores are often outfitted with co-brands such as Marylou’s Coffee and Dunkin’ Donuts. Many facilities have freestanding car washes.
The development will consist of the construction of a 4,600 square foot convenience store and a coffee shop with a drive-thru.The fueling component consists of six gasoline pumps with 12 vehicle fueling positions. Offsite traffic improvements were necessary to accommodate the new facility.
