Colbea Enterprises teamed with DiPrete Engineering to design and construct a 3,655 square foot Seasons Corner Market next door to Laura’s Bar and Grill at 945 Douglas Pike in Smithfield. Seasons Corner Market is a New England-based gas station and convenience store with 30+ stores throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island. The stores are often outfitted with co-brands such as Marylou’s Coffee and Dunkin’ Donuts.
This project was constructed within the Town’s economic growth overlay district which required a special use permit. The development consists of a Shell fueling station with six double sided pumps and a convenience store with a drive-thru with enough space for 11 vehicles.
DiPrete Engineering provided the project’s site design, permitting, and surveying services.
