DiPrete Engineering is proud to announce the promotion of Brett Dellit, PE into the firm’s Executive Leadership Program. Brett has been an asset to the DiPrete team for nine years as both a technical leader and mentor to staff. In his new role as Associate Principal, Brett will lead the firm’s Construction Services group which is focused on expanding and enhancing DiPrete’s construction-related consulting services, from pre-construction/documentation through post-construction/project closeout. Brett will focus on maintaining the highest levels of client support, quality control, and local and state compliance.
Brett has over 25 years of experience in both the New England and Australian engineering industries. He is an internationally chartered professional engineer, a registered professional engineer, and has extensive experience in residential subdivisions, commercial and industrial projects, construction inspections, and construction certification.
A resident of South Kingstown, RI, Dellit joined DiPrete in 2015 following his role as a Director/Partner at Bradlees, a civil engineering consulting firm on the Gold Coast of Australia. He earned his Bachelor of Engineering from Griffith University, Gold Coast Campus Australia, in 2000. He is a member of Engineers Australia (MIEAust) and is a licensed professional engineer in both Australia and the United States.
Dellit has played a key role in the permitting and engineering of the firm’s high-profile projects in RI and MA. These include Topgolf in Canton, MA, Citizens Bank Campus in Johnston, RI, Forbes Crossing in Foxborough, MA, Copart in Freetown, MA, and Colbea’s Seasons Corner Market portfolio in MA and RI. His expertise in technical engineering and construction services has been invaluable in bringing these projects to successful completion.
