Dowling Village

New England Tech (NEIT)

DiPrete Engineering is part of a design team working to create a new ‘green campus’ for the technical college. The proposal for the new campus included utilizing a 265,000 sf building, formerly built as a headquarters for Brooks Pharmacy. The location is now the main campus for academic activities and administration. Faith Community Church Solar Canopy

DiPrete Engineering partnered with Plankton Energy on a 713-kW solar canopy project at Faith Community Church in Hopkinton, MA. The development includes six solar canopies covering 160 parking spaces, featuring 1,470 panels in total. The project, which also incorporated building-mounted solar installations, received positive feedback and approvals from the Hopkinton Planning Board and Conservation Commission. DiPrete provided due diligence, regulatory permitting, and site engineering.
