New England Tech (NEIT)

DiPrete Engineering is part of a design team working to create a new ‘green campus’ for the technical college. The proposal for the new campus included utilizing a 265,000 sf building, formerly built as a headquarters for Brooks Pharmacy. The location is now the main campus for academic activities and administration. DiPrete Engineering is also working with NEIT on other additions to the new campus. Kettle Point

DiPrete Engineering worked with Churchill & Banks, Union Studio Architects, Sage Environmental, and John C. Carter & Company to redevelop a former petroleum shipping terminal into a mixed-use development including a traditional New England-style residential waterfront community and a medical office building. Kettle Point, located in the City of East Providence along the Providence River, included 218 multi-family units and 62 single-family duplexes. Citizens Corporate Campus

DiPrete Engineering led the site/civil project team for the new Citizens Bank Corporate Campus located in Johnston, RI. The team included Pare Corporation (offsite utilities and geotechnical) and Beta Group (traffic and highway) in collaboration with Elkus Manfredi Architects, CRJA-IBI Group, supported by GZA GeoEnvironmental, BR + A, and McNamara Salvia.
