DiPrete Engineering is part of a design team working to create a new ‘green campus’ for the technical college. The proposal for the new campus included utilizing a 265,000 sf building, formerly built as a headquarters for Brooks Pharmacy. Kendall Lane is a for-sale residential project located in Falmouth Heights, consisting of 28 homes, including seven affordable units. The development features charming three-bedroom Capes and ranches, providing much-needed housing options for families looking to establish roots in the community. Seasons Corner Market is a New England-based gas station and convenience store with 30 stores throughout New England. The stores are often outfitted with co-brands such as Corner Market Café, Marylou’s Coffee, and Dunkin’ Donuts. Many facilities have freestanding Shine 365 car washes.
