Project Overview

Located at the intersection of Eddie Dowling Highway and Old Louisquisset Pike, DiPrete Engineering partnered with Bucci Development to design, permit, and construct a mixed -use development with approximately 600,000 square feet of retail space, 75,000 square feet of office space, several restaurants, 76 condominium units, and over 2,400 parking spaces.

After the project received all necessary permits and neared full build-out, DiPrete Engineering supported the owner with prospective tenants by providing construction assistance, monitoring, and final design plans tailored to specific tenant needs.

The initial phases of construction at Dowling Village included the installation of a new traffic signal on Route 146A to facilitate access at the site’s southern entrance, as well as the development of several retail spaces. Early tenants included CVS Pharmacy, Denny’s, ALDI, Taco Bell, Walmart, Lowe’s, Firestone, Buffalo Wild Wings, Texas Roadhouse, and Aspen Dental, with additional businesses opening shortly thereafter.
