Kettle Point

DiPrete Engineering worked with Churchill & Banks, Union Studio Architects, Sage Environmental, and John C. Carter & Company to redevelop a former petroleum shipping terminal into a mixed-use development including a traditional New England-style residential waterfront community and a medical office building.    Kettle Point, located in the City of East Providence along the Providence River, included 218 multi-family units and 62 single-family duplexes. DiPrete Engineering led the site/civil project team for the new Citizens Bank Corporate Campus located in Johnston, RI.
