Principal
Chris has been an essential member of DiPrete Engineering from the beginning, with over 30 years of engineering and land surveying experience across Southern New England. As a Principal, Chris works directly with our clients and the engineering team to identify cost-saving measures and engineering techniques that add value to his clients. He is also a technical advisor, coaching our engineering team to navigate regulatory challenges as quickly and efficiently as possible. Outside of the office, Chris teaches a senior engineering class of over 40 students at the University of Rhode Island and also serves on several engineering boards and committees. He served for 14 years on the Westerly Town Council as a member and as President and was also a member of the Town Planning Board. In his spare time, he listens to his favorite musician, Emerson Torrey, and explores the sights of Newport with his wife, Aggie.
