As President, Dennis is involved in many of the firm’s projects, especially in the early concept phases, master planning, introduction to governmental regulators, and early financial proformas. Dennis lives in our client’s world and has a unique balance of left and right brain expertise. With over 30 years of experience, Dennis understands what it takes to transform an idea into a successful project. Beginning with land acquisition and financing, he understands how to maximize return on any given project using engineering and problem-solving techniques. Dennis excels at navigating the regulatory climate, especially working through the politics and public perception that can derail even the best ideas and projects. He is also an active member in his community, holding a seat on the Board of Trustees for Ocean Tides School and the RI Association of Home Builders. Dennis is involved with the MS Society and a variety of other volunteer organizations. During his free time, Dennis enjoys skiing, recreational flying, and biking.
