Mr. Insana has been working in the surveying industry for 20 plus years and joined DiPrete Engineering in 2004 after four years of civil design work with another firm. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Hartford in 2000 and earned a Certificate in Geomatics from the University of Florida in 2016. As a Senior Survey Project Manager, he is responsible for overseeing the preparation of land surveys and coordinating with engineering staff and clients on their specific survey needs. He specializes in complex boundary and title issues, including resolving discrepancies between historical records and existing site conditions, interpreting intricate deed language, and assisting clients and legal professionals with boundary related challenges. Matt regularly completes data accumulation surveys, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, GPS surveys, deed and record research, and boundary calculations. Outside of work, he enjoys gaming, collecting memorabilia, watching sci-fi shows, and listening to audiobooks.
