The Park Place residential subdivision in Wrentham, Massachusetts represents the latest collaboration between DiPrete Engineering and longtime client Howard Bailey. The DiPrete team has had the privilege of working with Mr. Bailey on several residential development projects in and around the Wrentham area, and this project marks another milestone in their ongoing partnership.

Work on Park Place began in late 2015 under Andrews Surveying & Engineering, which joined DiPrete Engineering in 2021. Andrews secured the Definitive Subdivision endorsement, Special Permit, and Order of Conditions in 2017 before moving into construction support. DiPrete has continued providing engineering services and has advanced additional elements of the project, including coordination with MassDOT in 2021 to design and permit offsite pedestrian crossing improvements at the intersection of Park Street and Franklin Street (Route 140).
With construction currently nearing completion, Park Place features 92 single-family homes served by public water and septic systems. The subdivision includes approximately 8,000 feet of new roadway and ten detention and infiltration ponds to manage stormwater.
This project is a great example of DiPrete Engineering’s ability to provide continuity and technical expertise through every phase of a development, from initial permitting through construction support.
