Dowling Village Continues to Grow
Dowling Village, a new mixed-use development in North Smithfield, continues to grow with several new businesses opening up their doors in the past few months. DiPrete Engineering is collaborating with Bucci Development to design, permit and construct this mixed-use development. They are providing surveying, planning, site/civil engineering, land use approvals and construction administration services. Briarcliffe’s Micro-Community
Briarcliffe Gardens recently opened its Cottage Residence, a 10,000 square foot Cottage Micro-Community comprised of 20 private suites. The campus, located in Johnston, RI, includes a 43-bed Memory Care Assisted Living Residence as well as the Briarcliffe Manor Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation facility which includes a 122-bed capacity.
