DiPrete Engineering recently held its first “Lean Awards” ceremony awarding employees who go above and beyond to help the firm improve its processes and increase efficiency.
At DiPrete Engineering, evidence of LEAN practices is everywhere. The core idea of LEAN is to maximize customer value while minimizing waste. Simply, LEAN means creating more value for customers with fewer resources.
